Heart of the Mayan world
Guided entry to Copán Ruins Archaeological Park, including the Hieroglyphic Stairway, and Las Sepulturas.
Day3
On to the Caribbean: Tela
Scenic drive to the Atlantic coast, hotel check-in and an afternoon on the beaches of Tela.
Day4
Punta Sal, pineapple farm and La Ceiba
Morning: boat trip to Punta Sal National Park, with untouched beaches and reefs. Afternoon: drive to La Ceiba with a stop at a pineapple farm to taste fruit in the field. Evening: La Ceiba city tour (Central Park, the tourist pier, Ceibeños beach) and a welcome dinner with a drink at Ahari Gastrobar.
Day5
Ferry to Roatán, all-inclusive begins
Morning ferry to Roatán and private transfer from the pier to your resort. The all-inclusive starts as soon as you arrive: buffet or à-la-carte lunch, open bar, pools and white-sand beach.
Day6
A free day in Roatán
A full day at the resort with unlimited food, drinks and beach. The best day for your pre-booked Roatán add-ons: dolphins, canopy zipline or reef snorkelling.
Day7
Pico Bonito hike and Cangrejal River rafting
Ferry back to La Ceiba (arriving 8:30 AM) and straight to the Cangrejal River valley for a hike in Pico Bonito National Park. Traditional mountain lunch included, then whitewater rafting on the Cangrejal River in the afternoon.
Day8
Cayos Cochinos expedition
7:00 AM boat departure to the Cayos Cochinos Marine Reserve: reef snorkelling, quiet cays and Garífuna culture at Chachahuate. Free afternoon at the hotel.
Day9
Transfer to the airport
On-time departure from La Ceiba directly to San Pedro Sula (SAP) or Palmerola (XPL) for your flight home.
